Plot details for the long-awaited Black Panther: Wakanda Forever have been kept under wraps, but one rumor that has continued to brew all throughout the film’s production is the Atlantean anti-hero Namor having a role in the film.
Now, a new behind-the-scenes photo that reveals an underwater set may confirm Namor’s appearance in Black Panther 2.
Namor the Submariner, who was first introduced in Marvel Comics #1 in 1939, is the son of a mortal sea captain and an Atlantis princess.
Being one of the first superheroes in comic history, Namor has crossed paths with many other heroes such as Captain America and the Fantastic Four. The fan-run Twitter account Black Panther:
