In the poignant black and white image, Liam gazed lovingly at his little boy, who reached out to him, capturing the joy of new fatherhood.
Despite Cheryl and Liam’s ups and downs, including their split when Bear was just one, it was clear that the One Direction star always prioritised his son, even in his darkest moments.
Speaking on Friday, Cheryl expressed her heartbreak for Bear, who would have to come to terms with never seeing his father again.
