According to Bloomberg, Brady’s property has already attracted offers exceeding $150 million, which could shatter Miami’s real estate records.

Indian Creek Island isn’t your typical luxury neighborhood. Home to billionaires and celebrities like Jeff Bezos who shelled out $90 million for his property last year-it’s one of the most exclusive (and secure) places in the world. Brady’s estate is one of the island’s crown jewels, boasting every amenity a star athlete could dream of. But now, it seems, he might be ready to let it go.

Brady bought the lot in 2020 with his then-wife, Gisele Bündchen, for $17 million. While their split in 2022 made headlines, it didn’t derail the massive renovation project. Bündchen moved just across the waterway to Surfside, purchasing two properties totaling nearly $13 million. Brady, meanwhile, stayed the course, turning the two-acre lot into a modern masterpiece.

The estate has it all: a boat dock, a pickleball court, a basketball court, an infinity pool, and even a private garden. A tree-lined driveway leads to a multi-car garage, and the property offers stunning water views in the front and a golf course in the back. It’s no wonder the offers are rolling in.

The mansion isn’t officially on the market, but Brady has reportedly shown it to a few select buyers. If the right deal comes along-potentially north of $150 million-it would set a new record for Miami real estate, topping the $107 million sale of a Coconut Grove home by hedge fund manager Ken Griffin in 2022.
