Tom Brady set to make painful decision and stay away from pregnant Gisele Bundchen for good

Just as headline-worthy as his time on the field. The GOAT of the NFL is now making waves in Miami’s luxury real estate scene, with rumors swirling that he’s considering selling his custom-built mansion on Indian Creek Island-aka the “Billionaire Bunker.”
According to Bloomberg, Brady’s property has already attracted offers exceeding $150 million, which could shatter Miami’s real estate records.
Indian Creek Island isn’t your typical luxury neighborhood. Home to billionaires and celebrities like Jeff Bezos who shelled out $90 million for his property last year-it’s one of the most exclusive (and secure) places in the world. Brady’s estate is one of the island’s crown jewels, boasting every amenity a star athlete could dream of. But now, it seems, he might be ready to let it go.
Brady bought the lot in 2020 with his then-wife, Gisele Bündchen, for $17 million. While their split in 2022 made headlines, it didn’t derail the massive renovation project. Bündchen moved just across the waterway to Surfside, purchasing two properties totaling nearly $13 million. Brady, meanwhile, stayed the course, turning the two-acre lot into a modern masterpiece.
The estate has it all: a boat dock, a pickleball court, a basketball court, an infinity pool, and even a private garden. A tree-lined driveway leads to a multi-car garage, and the property offers stunning water views in the front and a golf course in the back. It’s no wonder the offers are rolling in.
The mansion isn’t officially on the market, but Brady has reportedly shown it to a few select buyers. If the right deal comes along-potentially north of $150 million-it would set a new record for Miami real estate, topping the $107 million sale of a Coconut Grove home by hedge fund manager Ken Griffin in 2022.
Brady’s next chapter: Juggling broadcasting, ownership, and big decisions
So why would Brady let go of a home he spent years perfecting? It could be a sign of bigger shifts in his life. Since retiring from the NFL in 2023, Brady has been diving into new ventures, including a 10-year, $375 million broadcasting deal with Fox Sports.
